Andrew Archer, President/ CEO, CMPE,CHBME
Andrew has been in the healthcare management arena for over 20 years.  He has worked in a vast array of functions, including billing supervision, internal business operations, practice acquisition and ownership, strategic business planning, as well as, new technology research and financing.

Andrew holds a dual major in Business and Economics from SUNY – Buffalo and numerous occupational certifications.  He is actively involved in various healthcare industry organizations, including The Healthcare Billing and Management Association and The Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators.

Andrew is also a retired United States Air Force Reserve officer and a life-long Buffalo resident.  He currently resides in Amherst with his wife, Barb, and their four children.

James Archer, Vice President Operations
James joins Phymedco with over 10 years of Front Line Operations and Process Management experience from GE Capital.  He began his career as an Operations Analyst in Danbury, CT responsible for meeting and exceeding client Service Level agreements for many high tier retailers.  He transitioned to Dayton, Ohio where he was responsible for global Telephony, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Service Level Management and Front Line Productivity for well over 500 EFT.  James most recently served as Site Leader in Dallas, TX where he ran a 200+ EFT credit call center for one of the country’s largest retailers.

James is very excited to have returned to Buffalo and participate in the continued development and growth of Phymedco.  He has a wealth of operational experience and process management skill sets that will benefit all of Phymedco’s customers and clients.  James holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration & Marketing degree from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.  Additionally, James is also a GE Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

James recently relocated to the East Amherst area with his wife and three young children.

Renee Wojciechowski, Account Executive, CPC, CMBS, ROCC
Renee is a seasoned healthcare financial management professional.  As a 15 year veteran of Phymedco, she has worked in multiple capacities across all coding and billing functions.  She currently supervises the practice management utility and has been instrumental in developing medical practice process improvements.

Renee has been recognized as an industry wide medical coding expert with multiple occupational certifications.  She has attained a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) designation offered through the American Academy of Professional Coders, a Certified Medical Billing Specialist (CMBS) designation offered through the Medical Association of Billers, and a Radiation Oncology Certified Coder (ROCC) designation offered through American Medical Accounting & Consulting.

Renee’s experience and expertise in medical billing, coding, auditing, and practice management is unsurpassed in Western NY.  She is a lifelong resident of Buffalo and currently resides in Lake View with her husband, Keith, and two sons.
