Point of Service

Phymedco has built its practice management systems to enable us to install Point of Service PCs at any client location. This provides for complete system functionality from virtually anywhere. Client's staff may schedule patient appointments, register patients, enter charges and/or payments and report on all aspects of their practice. In addition, the client and Phymedco can contract to delineate the billing process functions. As an example, clients may want control of patient scheduling, patient demographic information and reporting. Phymedco would then perform all other billing functions; including coding, charge entry, payment posting and follow up.

Our system also has tremendous import and export capabilities. It can connect to many different hospitals to exchange patient and charge information. It interfaces with local laboratories for test orders and will then receive the results and post it to the respective patient account. And with the ability to export any field of data from the system, the capabilities for reporting and further data analysis are endless.
